How to Place Deposit, and what to expect after doing so! 


DEPOSITS:  
  • We take a $500 deposit to secure your puppy.  This deposit is put towards a puppy of your choice. can be born or not yet born.  
  • We guarantee the sex/color options you want born within 4 months time, or it can be refunded or held for more coming litters.  
  • We reserve right to refund deposit anytime if we feel home is not right fit for the puppy or buyers demands and request we don't feel we can fulfill.  (such as too picky on markings/size, traits etc as we can't guarantee what will be born or if puppies will change colors or how big they grow)
  • Deposits are not refunded if you back out or found one elsewhere, only if we can't fullful your sex/color specific request in reasonable timeframe.
  • If deposit placed before PUPPIES ARRIVE: When a litter arrives we will go down our list in order the deposits are received and allow each person a chance to pick one or pass for the next litter.  Once you pick your favorite baby to be yours, then the deposit will at that time secure that exact puppy by color and sex.  (Breeder has the right to hold a potential show puppy back they may want to keep ahead of all deposits)
  • GOOD FAITH:  A deposit is a good faith note on both the buyer and seller.  The buyer is in good faith pursuing the purchase and intent to buy the selected puppy.  The seller will in good faith raise that puppy up and offer him/her to no-one else as it is secured solely to that buyer and turn away other possible homes.  
  • REFUND DEPOSIT:  No refunds if you find a puppy elsewhere  or just back out.  However, if you selected on your application you need a girl and there are only boys avilable, then if  no suitable girls arrive within 4 months of  your deposit  being given, it will be refunded at that time if you wish or you can continue to wait.  
  • RIGHT TO REFUSE:  As the seller, we have the right to pick the homes for our puppies.  Should a buyer not meet our criteria, put too many demands on us or we decide that specific puppy that was held for them won't work, we have the right to refuse a sale for any reason and refund money paid in full.  
  •  Application  : Please make sure we have one completed from you from this website.  
  • PET CONTRACT: Please complete the top portion of the pet contract with the parents names on bottom portion, sign and email/send me a copy for your puppy.  A completed copy with numbers, chip, names, and my signature will be in your go home package.
  • SOMETHING GOES WRONG:  Should an act of God or issue happen and your puppy is not available or vet finds an issue.  You have right to full refund or get bumped to front of line for next avialble pick.  ​
  • HOW TO PAY YOUR DEPOSIT: Your $500 deposit can be paid many different ways. We try and make it as easy as possible for you.

  • Once a puppy is reserved with funds received, he/she typically delated from website, so be sure to save the pics and parents pics right away!
WHAT TO EXPECT:  Once you reserve your puppy,  You can expect photo updates at about every two weeks
  •       Pics At 2 weeks when the puppies eyes and ears open
  •      Pics At 4 weeks when the puppies sit and stand and start to walk off there belly
  •     Pics (and sometimes videos) At 6 weeks when they begin to show personality and look adorable.
  •     At 8 weeks you take them home and take all the pics you like!
  •     Sometimes more often we will send them but minimum to expect is every 2 weeks.  (please understand, we have lives, jobs, families, and other animals to care for and can't be taking and editing photos all day every day.  I know its hard not to see them daily, but they are in good hands!
  •      We will allow some FaceTime visits by appt only, and one physical visit at 6 weeks of age and they have first shot in them.  Due to pandemic we will be limited exposure and only allow one family at a time to be here.  
  • Please complete the PET CONTRACT and deposit portion as well and email back to me as complete as you can do once your puppy is selected if we don't already have it.
  • Expect top quality care inside our homes, with lots of loves and socializing, early neuroligical stimulation, and pre-spoiling. ​

PICKING UP PUPPY:
  •  Puppy will go home at 8 weeks  of age and the vet exam is clear to go, shots, microchip, etc.  Puppy must be picked up by 10 weeks of age to avoid boarding fees and possible forfeit of deposit.  NO SHIPPING, ALL PUPPIES PICKED UP IN PERSON. (can meet you or a nanny at Orlando airport)
  • You will receive an email about 10 days prior to the puppy going home date with details of pickup and payment, address, etc.
  • Payment in FULL will be required before the puppy will leave my property!   
    • We accept most forms of payment above, but CASH is preferred  (must be USD cash)
  • Your puppy will come AKC registered, microchipped, shots to date, vet checked, certificate of health, copies of parents testing, and tons of tips for training, basic care, and other things we find important.
  • Your puppy will be supplied with a goodie bag that has food currently eating: usually LIFES ABUNDANCE and k9 cravings unless told otherwise.
  • Your puppy will have at minimum toys, chews, treats, food, leash/collar, NuVet vitamans, and some basics to ease the trip home.

  • NEW PUPPY SUPPLIES to have on hand and ready.  You'll want to have those bully sticks(order with the food) for sure.  
  • Need help training. We recommend Baxter and Bella.​  ​They provide lifetime access to real trainers  and watch the videos all you like. Sign up now before the puppy goes home so that your set up and prepared for success!
